How do I give a driver their deliveries without giving them my Shopify admin?
Shopify staff accounts are all-or-nothing for the areas they cover. Giving a driver a login means giving them far more than their own stops, so most merchants do not — and fall back to paper, screenshots or a group chat that nobody can search at four o’clock.
How Wunder Delivery solves it: Each driver gets a web address they open on their phone and sign in to with their own number. They see the orders assigned to them for that day and nothing else in your shop — the list is filtered before it reaches the phone. No Shopify account is created.

A driver finishes a round and the information lives in their head until they get back. Someone then works through the orders marking them fulfilled, usually the next morning, and a customer who rings in the meantime gets a guess.
How Wunder Delivery solves it: A driver marks each delivery done as they go, and that fulfilment is written straight back to the Shopify order. The unfulfilled count on your dashboard falls through the afternoon without anyone re-keying anything.

Ringing the driver to ask where they are is the usual method, which interrupts them and tells you nothing five minutes later.
How Wunder Delivery solves it: The dispatch map shows the day’s stops and each driver’s progress as a delivered-out-of-total count. Driver positions are last-known — sent when a driver opens the portal, not tracked continuously — so use it to see roughly where a round has reached, not to promise a customer an arrival time.

Reassigning a round usually means reprinting paperwork and working out which orders had already gone out.
How Wunder Delivery solves it: Assignment is a tag on the order, so moving a round is a bulk edit on the day’s list. Orders already completed stay completed. Worth knowing: adding a second driver’s tag does not remove the first, so an order can genuinely sit in two rounds until you remove the old one.
