PrintNode needs its own subscription, paid to PrintNode. It is not included in your plan.
QZ Tray printing carries no extra charge from us on Automate and Enterprise.
Sending each document to its own printer in one click begins with Growth. Printing one document at a time works on every plan.
A separate gift message per product begins with Growth. A message for the whole order works on every plan.
Orders that print themselves as they arrive begin with Automate, and need QZ Tray.
The AI features are in early access. They are included on every plan and are optional — everything else works with them switched off — but how they behave and what they cover is still changing.
Shopify Plus is not supported at the moment.

How to choose

Pick by what is slowing you down.

One printer, and the clicking is fine

Essential. You get the whole delivery day — the date view, gift messages, printing, invoices and the driver portal. The only thing you are giving up is printing several documents at once.

Cards, envelopes and sheets go to different printers

Growth. One click sends each document to its own printer, and you can look a week ahead instead of three days. This is also where a separate gift message per product starts, which matters if customers order for several people at once.

You want orders on paper before you open the app

Automate. New orders print themselves as they arrive, silently, with no dialog. Your drivers also get the portal in your own branding.

You are past a thousand orders a month

Enterprise. Same features as Automate, with the allowances raised.

How are monthly order limits calculated?

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of delivery orders processed through Wunder Delivery: 250 on Essential, 500 on Growth, 1,000 on Automate and 2,500 on Enterprise.

What are AI credits and how many do I get?

AI credits are the monthly allowance for AI-assisted work such as the address check and address translation. Essential includes 500 credits per month, Growth 1,000, Automate 2,000 and Enterprise 5,000. Features that do not use AI — delivery-date views, printing, invoicing and the driver portal — do not consume credits. The AI features are in early access, so what a check costs and which checks exist may still change.

Does PrintNode cost extra?

Yes. PrintNode is a separate cloud-printing service and requires its own subscription billed by PrintNode. Wunder Delivery supports PrintNode from the Growth plan, but does not include the PrintNode subscription.

Can I print to more than one printer?

Multi-printer printing begins with the Growth plan, so message cards, envelopes and dispatch sheets can each be routed to the printer that handles them.
