Plans, order limits and driver accounts
What each plan includes, how the monthly order allowance is counted, and what happens as you approach it.
There are four plans. The differences that matter day to day are how many orders you can process, how many drivers you can have, how far ahead you can look, and how you are allowed to print.

What unlocks at each level
Essential covers the whole daily workflow: the Action Centre, the order list, the dispatch map, a gift message for the whole order, buyer details, browser printing, invoices and emailed PDFs, the standard driver portal, and driver assignment and fulfilment. All three AI checks work here too — what limits them is your credit allowance, not your plan.
Growth adds multi-printer printing — the one-click Print button that sends each document to its own printer — plus PrintNode support, a separate gift message per product, driver positions on the dispatch map, and the seven-day view.
Automate adds QZ Tray silent printing at no extra fee, Auto Print for incoming orders, and the custom-branded driver portal.
Enterprise raises every allowance.

Paying monthly or yearly
Every plan can be paid monthly or yearly. Paying yearly works out at roughly two months free:

How orders are counted
The monthly allowance counts delivery orders processed through Wunder Delivery in a calendar month. Orders you never touch in the app do not count against it.
The pricing page shows your current month’s usage against your allowance, with the bar changing colour as you get close.
When a store passes its monthly order allowance, the app limits access to everything except the pricing page until the plan is changed or the month rolls over. It is worth watching the usage bar rather than discovering this mid-morning.
Trying a plan’s features before you buy
On the pricing page inside the app you can click a plan column to preview it. Locked features unlock visually so you can see what you would get.
It changes what the interface shows you, not what you are entitled to. Usage enforcement still follows your real plan.
Using it without drivers
You do not have to use the driver portal. Plenty of shops deliver themselves or hand orders to a courier and use only the day views, gift messages, printing and invoicing. No driver accounts need to be created.
